Katie Lekas- Mel has been caring for my animals periodically for the past two years. She demonstrates excellence in carrying out my expectations on how I want my animals to be cared for in my absence. I feel safe leaving my animals in her care, knowing she is earnestly wanting them to be the happiest and healthiest they can be. She has excellent attention to detail and wonderful communication skills. She is responsive, respectful, and follows instructions. I feel confident in her ability to troubleshoot any issues should I not be able to advise. I will definitely continue to use Mel in the future!
